Jennifer Doles brings more than a decade of financial and operational leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead through change while bringing teams together around a shared vision.
Since joining Team Horner in 2021, she has played a key role in the company’s digital transformation, modernizing financial systems, data, and reporting to improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making across the organization. Her broad experience across finance, operations, and transformation has well prepared her to step into the Vice President of Finance role and help guide Team Horner through its next phase of growth.
